At Buff City Soap, we want you to love your handmade, plant-based products as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Soap Makery with your order number and receipt to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
